Operational Strategist

Some people learn business. I was born into it.

Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, my childhood was business school for kids. I was running a busy corner store from 9 years old and I operated my mother's ice cream shop starting at 14 years old. Before that? I was the kid selling gel pens, trading cards, and even homework help for a fee. Business isn’t just something I do—it’s how I think, how I solve problems, and how I turn chaos into opportunity.

That mindset led me into healthcare operations, starting as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2014, where precision under pressure wasn’t optional—it was a matter of patient care. But behind the counter, I saw something bigger—businesses drowning in inefficiencies, bad systems, and outdated processes. That obsession with accuracy, structure, and efficiency led me into working side-by-side in administration and business management with CEOs, COOs, and business owners who needed answers—but didn’t have time to find them.

Ever since 2019, I have been working behind the scenes in pediatric therapy (Physical, Speech, Occupational and Applied Behavior Analysis) to streamline systems, fix financial bottlenecks, and build businesses that run smoothly—without daily chaos. When something wasn’t working, I had to figure it out. The fun of creative problem solving strengthened my passion for business operations. No guidebook, no roadmap—just me, identifying issues and building solutions that actually made sense.
